As you can see the weather is still brewing in the mountains, but the skifields received nothing like the amount of snow they thought they would. However, the weather over the next week is looking better for fishing, with only one patch of rain on the horizon, and plenty of blue skies forecast. We shall see!
We are also planning another winter expedition next weekend to the Mt Cook area to chase more large trout and salmon in the canals. If we have even half as much success as last time, everyone will be very happy!
